This method helps you review customer relationship records in under thirty minutes each week. Start by sorting clients into three groups: active, waiting, and at risk. For each active client, confirm the last interaction, next action, and owner. For waiting clients, check whether a promised reply or document is overdue. For at risk clients, write one specific reason and one recovery step. Use a consistent order: update facts, close stale commitments, schedule the next touch, then flag anything that needs a teammate. Keep a short note about the client’s goals and preferred style of communication so future messages feel personal. At the end of the review, list the three relationships that deserve attention first. Repeat the process at the same time each week. The method is lightweight, easy to teach, and designed to prevent records from becoming outdated.
